Every EWA request is tied to a specific payroll cycle. At cycle-end, you upload a reconciliation register and PayDay closes the cycle. Deductions are tracked at the individual and batch level. Reports are exportable as CSV.

Integrations and roster management

Direct integrations available for common HRMS systems. CSV bulk upload supports up to 500 employees per batch with National-ID-based upsert — re-uploads update existing records rather than creating duplicates.

Governance you can audit
