Help with your account

Most answers are already inside the portal, and the ones that are not are quicker to resolve when the message arrives with the detail attached. This page covers both.

Before you write

Four things that answer most questions in under a minute.

  1. Check the request in Transactions — its status says whether it is awaiting approval, on its way to your bank, or already paid.
  2. A bank transfer can take until the next business day to appear. A disbursed request is not a missing one.
  3. The amount available is a share of what you have earned so far in this cycle. It grows as the cycle does.
  4. If a request was declined, the reason is on the request itself, and it names the rule it did not meet.

Your employer decides these, not us

They are set in your company's own portal. We cannot change them on their behalf — your HR team can, today.

  • How much of your earned wage you may access, and the minimum time you must have been employed.
  • Whether your employment type is eligible at all.
  • Your salary figure, the bank details on file, and your payroll deduction.
  • Approval of a request, at companies that review them.

What to include when you write

With these, the first reply is an answer. Without them, it is a question.

  • Your employer's name — the same person can hold an account at more than one company.
  • The request reference, if your question is about a specific one.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot of any error, with the whole screen visible.

For employers

Payroll, invoicing and reconciliation questions reach the same address. Include the company name and the cycle in question — the cycle month is printed on the invoice — and we can answer against the same records you are looking at.

We will never ask for your code

A one-time code proves the phone or email you are signing in with. Nobody at PayDay needs it, and nobody legitimate will ask you to read one out — by phone, by message, or on a call that claims to be from us. The same goes for your password.

Still stuck?

Write to support@payday.sa with your employer's name and, if it is about one request, its reference. We read every message.
