Tell us who you are, and we'll route it

One message reaches the right desk. Say whether you're writing as an employer, an investor, a journalist, or somebody already using PayDay — and we'll come back with something useful rather than a brochure.

Where to write

Four addresses, four different people. Pick the one that matches and you skip a forwarding step.

What to put in the first message

None of it is required. All of it means our first reply answers your question instead of asking for these.

  • Your company name and roughly how many staff you employ.
  • The payroll system you run — that decides what integration looks like for you.
  • Whether you pay monthly on a fixed day, and when your cycle cuts off.
  • What you are trying to solve: retention, salary advances you already give informally, or something else.

Where we are

PayDay is built in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the Saudi workforce. We meet in person across the Kingdom and remotely everywhere else — say which you prefer and we will arrange it.

Ask your HR about PayDay

Ready when you are

Most conversations start with questions about eligibility rules and how repayment reaches payroll. Ask those first — we would rather answer them than pitch.
